No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms!!! Additional parking fees of €10 per night are too high!!! Poor communication about room servicing, where you have to ask for cleaning and fresh towels unnecessarily!!!

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, a wide array of food. Location: the hotel was near to the shopping malls, and the lake in about 20 minutes. Our trip was good, would stay here again without hesitation...

The room met the purpose, wonderful with ac-free wifi. I had heating, ample channels, and a chair in it.

the hotel is in a very good position, with the beautiful Buchhornbrunnen just about 2 km away and the excellent Dornier Museum only 2 km away, making it easy for me to take good strolls and enjoy the local sights during my weekend trip.

We had a great experience at the hotel. We arrived early in the morning and they offered us an early check-in, which was very convenient. The location was also perfect as it was right across from a shopping center. The staff, especially Ms. V.L., were helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean.
